Packaging

Once we have completed the processing and production of your product, we are happy to offer the packaging of the item on our highly automated packaging systems.

Whether your product is a multi-inclusion cereal where we can produce one or more of the components or a snack mix in which our state-of-the-art feed systems and split scales can ensure quality and consistent product bag after bag, developing your ideal solution is always on our minds.

A majority of cereals are packaged in traditional bag-n-box standard cereal cartons and the balance of the packaging line is highly automated.

If your product is part of another product, then we also have the capability to bulk pack the product into totes or bulk boxes and ship to another location.

We also offer flexibility in the form of convenient, small serving pouches and club store configurations.

Logistics

At SensoryEffects Cereal Systems, we are proud of our talented logistics group, who can efficiently and effectively assist our customers. In many situations a turn-key solution can be provided for ease of production and logistics for our customers, and we can handle your materials also if that is your business style. Materials are brought in just before production and finished goods move out quickly. Over the years we have established relationships with local public warehouses, which can assist with temporary storage if required.

Supply Chain

Once your schedule is in hand, we can take it from there. If your arrangement is turn-key then we'll order the components, produce the product, and let you know when it's ready for shipment.

We will manage your account in the manner that best fits your company's business style. Our scheduling department will set a date and work closely with our internal purchasing department, or yours, to have all ingredients and packaging materials in on time in order to attain scheduled production.
We work with a standard warehouse management system to track and ensure FIFO of all inventory. As we manage a range of ingredients, such as Organic and Allergens, we have designated areas to protect all components.
